Q. How to order Rakhi?
Go to Abhivyakti website - sign up - create an account - select your Rakhi choice/s - make the payment through the gateway.
Q. What is the Return and Refund policy?
We accept Returns when:
- In certain cases where Abhivyakti Gift Shop is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an e-gift card for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at our discretion.
Q. Where all you deliver rakhi and rakhi gifts?
We deliver all over India, USA and worldwide.
Q. Can I place an order through phone?
Generally, we only accept online orders after securing your online payment through net banking or credit card. But, in certain cases where client wishes to make payment through UPI or mobile payment gateway, we can accept it
Q. Is my Credit Card No./ Bank Account details secure?
Yes. All the transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
Q. Are the items shipped as per shown on the website?
Absolutely. The item/s delivered will match the content as displayed on the website. However you might see slight color change in your own screens which can make a difference in the website picture and original product.
Q. What kind of designs of Rakhi are available at Abhivyakti?
We have various Rakhi designs like kundan Rakhi, thread Rakhi, lumba Rakhi, zari worked Rakhi, kids Rakhi etc. We also have combo Rakhi, Bhaiya Bhabhi Rakhi and Rakhi pooja thali.
Q. What all is included in the Rakhi package?
We will give you Roli, rice (Chawal), a season’s greeting card and sugar candy (mishri) with Rakhi.
Q. How do I know that my Rakhi order has been shipped?
After signing-up/ logging into Abhivyakti’s website, you can check the order history and current order status. We will send you a tracking number on your registered e-mail as soon as we start shipping Rakhis
Q. Is it possible to send any personalized rakhi message?
Yes, you can type your message into the message box and we will send the same message with the shipment packet.
Q. What should I do when rakhi and rakhi gifts received damaged/defective?
You have to tell us about the defect within 24 hours after you have received the product. After that we cannot guarentee a return/change of the product.
Q. What will be the expected delivery date?
Below are listed delivery related information:
· Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
· Your gift may be delivered on a business day prior or a business day after the chosen date of delivery.
· Usually rakhis get deliver between 5-7 working days.
· No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.
· Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address/ mobile or phone number at which someone will be present to receive the package.
· Smooth delivery can be ensured if we have complete address with zipcode.
· The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
· All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
· Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
Q. What if the shipment is delivered late ?
Generally, we process your rakhis within 3-4 working days. Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances which are beyond control, orders are not delivered at all or are delivered late. In such situations Rakhi sale will not be liable for any refund.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order any time before the final payment of the order. You can call Medha (+919701825323) or mail us (medhashenoy@hotmail.com) if you face any problem while placing or cancelling the order. Abhivyakti Gift Shop reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Abhivyakti Gift Shop also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
How are Abhivyakti items packaged?
All items are packaged at our warehouse so as to avoid any form of damage. We check each item before packing manually. We ensure the package is water-proof. We send all the items with lots of care.
How product delivery is done (channel) ?
We use trusted and reliable delivery channel of FedEx ,USPS and UPS in the USA, and India Post for India deliveries
Do you deliver in India?
Yes, we deliver our products in India too. We have reliable and efficient courier services for our India product delivery.
How do I pay?
You can conveniently pay through Paypal or international credit cards.
Do you store credit card details?
No, our system does not store any credit card details. All the payments are process from Paypal payment gateway.
